While holding a conversation, you may need to call the attention of a team member. Type a person’s @username in your message to grab their attention. This will ensure a push notification is sent out to the team member even if they have muted the group
You can also search for all @mention for a colleague or yourself by clicking on the menu at the top right corner of your screen and putting clicking on @ My Mentions. The same search can be done by searching for @yourname in the relevant chat.
